غادرت صباح اليوم مدينة بورتسودان متوجهاً إلى جمهورية اوغندا بترتيب مسبق
غادرت صباح اليوم مدينة بورتسودان متوجهاً إلى جمهورية اوغندا بترتيب مسبق مع معالي رئيس جمهورية اوغندا يوري كاقوتا موسفيني، حيث رافقني وكيل وزارة الخارجية السفير حسين عوض علي واللواء عز الدين عثمان واللواء راضي الله العباس، وانخرطنا فور وصولنا في اجتماع مع السيد الرئيس موسفيني، حيث شكرته علي حفاوة الاستقبال ونقلت له تقدير رئيس مجلس السيادة الفريق أول عبد الفتاح البرهان لحسن المعاملة التي حظي بها السودانيين في بلدهم الثاني، كما اثنيت على الدور الكبير لأوغندا ومساعيه لانهاء الحرب في السودان.
تعرضنا كذلك خلال الاجتماع للإشكالات التي تواجه طلابنا في مستويات التعليم المختلفة ومشكلة الأطباء الذين يحتاجون إلى إذن للعمل بالمستشفيات الموجودة في اوغندا وإلتزم سيادته بحل هاتين القضيتين وأكد لي بانه سيعمل على تذليل كافة العقبات واتفقنا على آلية للمتابعة عبر السفارة السودانية بجمهورية اوغندا.
أيضاً اشاد سيادة الرئيس الاوغندي بأنه سعيد لأن السودانيين لا يزالون متمسكين باحلامهم ورغبتهم في المضي قدماً في الحياة برغم ما اصاب وطنهم حيث انه لاحظ مؤخراً ان عدد كبير من السودانيين قد انخرط في مجال الاستثمارات سواء كانت زراعية أو غيرها من انشطة مختلفة.
وفي ذات اللقاء تطرقنا لقضية الحرب وأكدت له بان الحرب الحالية في السودان هي حرب استعمارية، وقد استهدفت المواطنين السودانيين وهي ليست كما يسوق لها قادة التمرد وحلفائهم في الداخل وفي دول الجوار واوروبا، الذين عملوا ولا زالوا يعملون على تسويق انتهاكات مليشيا الدعم السريع المتمردة من قتل و اغتصاب و تطهير عرقي وابادة جماعية واحتلال لمنازل المواطنين وتدمير البنية التحتية وغيرها من القائمة التي تطول، على أنها حرب تهدف لتحقيق الديمقراطية وتارةً أخرى على أنها حرب ضد الاخوان المسلمين، وهي مجرد شعارات بغرض الغطاء والدعاية السياسية، وتبرير لانتهاكات المليشيا التي هي بالأساس صنيعة من صنائع نظام البشير.
واكدت له ان حكومة السودان راغبة في انهاء الحرب وتسعى نحو ذلك، واتفقنا على خطة جديدة لانهاء الحرب في السودان، وسيتم الاعلان عنها في قادم الأيام.
حفظ الله السودان وشعب السودان
This morning, I left the city of Port Sudan, heading to the Republic of Uganda in an advance arraignment made with His Excellency the President of the Republic of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, where I was accompanied by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Hussein Awad Ali, Major General Izz al-Din Othman and Major General Radallah Al-Abbas, and upon our arrival, we engaged in a meeting with Mr. President Museveni, where i thanked him for the warm reception and conveyed to him the appreciation of His Excellency the President of the Sudanese Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan for the good treatment received by the Sudanese in their second country Uganda, i also praised the great role of Uganda and his excellency’s efforts to end the war in Sudan.
During the meeting, i discussed the problems facing Sudanese students at different levels of education in Uganda and the problem of Sudanese doctors in need of permission to work in hospitals in Uganda. His Excellency committed to resolve the two issues and to remove all obstacles in the way. We agreed on a follow-up mechanism for these issues through the Sudanese Embassy in the Republic of Uganda.
His Excellency the Ugandan President also expressed his happiness that the Sudanese are still committed to their dreams and their desire to move forward in life despite what happened to their homeland, as he noticed recently that a large number of Sudanese had engaged in the field of investments, whether agricultural or other various activities.
In the same meeting, we touched on the issue of war and assured him that the current war in Sudan is a colonial war, and it has targeted Sudanese citizens, and it is not as the leaders of the rebels and their allies at home and in neighbouring countries and Europe, who have worked and are still working on marketing the violations of the rebel rapid support militia of killing, rape, ethnic cleansing, genocide, the occupation of citizens’ homes, destruction of infrastructure and other existing that are long, as a war aimed at achieving democracy and sometimes as a war against the Muslim Brotherhood, and they are just slogans for the purpose of covering and political propaganda, and a justification for the violations of the militia, which are basically a creation of the Bashir regime.
She assured him that the government of Sudan is willing to end the war and seeks to do so, and we agreed on a new plan to end the war in Sudan, and it will be announced in the coming days.
