نائب رئيس مجلس السيادة يلتقي بالجالية السودانية برواندا

التقي نائب رئيس مجلس السيادة الإنتقالي الفريق مالك عقار، بالعاصمة الرواندية كيجالي بكوكبة من الجالية السودانية، ضمت عدداً من الأطباء والاخصائيين في المجالات الطبية المختلفة، الي جانب رجال الاعمال والطلاب، مشيراً إلى أنه قام بشكرهم وحرصهم على لقاء المسؤولين الحكومين. كما تمت أحاطتهم بتطورات الوضع الإنساني والسياسي وقدمت بعض الاضاءات حول الموقف العسكري والتقدم الكبير الذي تحرزه القوات المسلحة السودانية في معركة الكرامة.

كما تناولنا بعض القضايا التي تهم الجالية وكان أبرزها قضية استخراج الوثائق الثبوتية خاصةً جوازات السفر وقد إلتزمت بأنه خلال شهر من الآن سنرسل لهم فريق عمل فني من ادارة الجوازات والهجرة بوزارة الداخلية السوداني.

‏‎‏وأشارت الجالية إلى مشكلة الأطباء الذين يرغبون في العمل في رواندا وتتمثل في التسجيل في المجلس الطبي الرواندي وطالبو بأن يكون هنالك تواصل بين المجلس الطبي السوداني والمجلس الطبي الرواندي لمعالجة هذه القضية، كما اقترحوا أيضا فتح مركز لجامعة السودان المفتوحة حتى يتمكن الطلاب من إستكمال دراستهم وأكدوا علي أن جميع الأطباء السودانين الموجدين برواندا على استعداد تام للتطوع لتدريس هؤلاء الطلاب حتى يستانفوا الدراسة وقد اشدت بروحهم الوطنية العالية ورغبتهم في مستعدة الطلاب في هذا الظرف الدقيق من تاريخ البلاد وتعهدت لهم بمناقشة الامر مع وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي وبأنني سالتقي كذلك بوزير الصحة الاتحادية وسأوجهه بحل هذه الاشكالات وان يقوموا بعمل تفاهمات مع رصفائهم في دولة رواندا.

I met this evening in the Rwandan capital Kigali with a constellation of the Sudanese community, which included a number of doctors and specialists in various medical fields, as well as businessmen and students, I thanked them for their keenness to meet government officials. I also informed them of the developments of the humanitarian and political situation and provided some lights about the military position and the great progress made by the Sudanese Armed Forces in the dignity battle.

We also addressed some issues of interest to the community, the most prominent of which was the issue of identity documents, especially passports, and I committed that within a month from now we will send them a technical team from the Passports and Immigration Department of the Sudanese Ministry of Interior.

The community also referred to the problem of the doctors who want to work in Rwanda, which is to register in the Rwandan Medical Council, they demanded that there be contact between the Sudanese Medical Council and the Rwandan Medical Council to address this issue. They also suggested opening a center for the Open University of Sudan so that students can complete their studies. They stressed that all Sudanese doctors in Rwanda are fully prepared to volunteer to teach these students until they can resume the study. I praised their high national spirit and their desire and readiness of support students in this delicate situation in the history of the country. I pledged to discuss the matter with the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and that I will also meet with the Federal Minister of Health and I will direct him with a solution to these problems and to create mandates of understandings with their counterparts in the country of Rwanda.
